Levande Somerton Park Retirement Living – Stage 1 Demolition Works

Royal Park Salvage has successfully completed Stage 1 demolition works at the Levande Somerton Park Retirement Living redevelopment site.

This project involved a large and complex demolition scope requiring careful planning, coordination and staged execution to safely progress the works from structural demolition through to site clearing.

A fantastic effort by the entire Royal Park Salvage team and all parties involved in delivering another successful outcome on site.

We are currently progressing Stage 2 demolition works and look forward to continuing to move the project forward.
