Demolition
During early 2013 Royal Park Salvage performed a complete internal strip out of the old 9 story Department of Transport building including the removal of 3,000m² of friable asbestos, façade and all other non-structural elements.

Construction
Construction of structural shear walls involved forming, steel fixing and pouring concrete walls on each level in all four corners of the building.
